Who’s going to give you the best interest rates?
It’s overwhelming the number of criteria and the different criteria that each individual mortgage lender has.
There’s so many pieces to the puzzle that make up getting your mortgage, that you can either choose to piece together that puzzle yourself, and you can go ring and speak to 30 lenders, or alternatively you can get in contact with me and my team and we can do all that painstaking work for you.

A question that I get asked all the time is, which mortgage lender is going to be best for me?
Who’s going to give me the best interest rates? Now I can’t tell you that without doing a proper affordability assessment. But what I have done for you is I have gone and looked at all the clients that I’ve done mortgages for this year, I’ve produced a list of the 30 lenders that we placed business with, I don’t know why it’s a round number, it just comes out at 30, and here they are for you:
Accord, Aldermore, Barclays, BM Solutions, Coventry, Family Building Society, Godiva, Halifax, HSBC, Kensington, Kent Reliance, Leeds Building Society, Masthaven, Metro, Nationwide, NatWest, Newbury, Newcastle Building Society, Pepper Money, Platform, Precise, Saffron Walden Building Society, Santander, Secure Trust Bank, Skipton, Tesco’s, the Mortgage Works, Together, United Trust Bank, and Virgin.
How Do You Feel?
It’s overwhelming the number of criteria and the different criteria that each individual mortgage lender has. And that’s why for me to do a proper job and make a suitable recommendation not only for the best lender and the most suitable lender but also for the most suitable interest rate, I need to look at your accounts, your SA302s, your payslips, your bank statements, know how much deposit you have, I need to know if you’re a first time buyer, if you’re moving home, if you’re getting a buyer to let, if you’re investing in property, how many investment properties you have.
There’s so many pieces to the puzzle that make up getting your mortgage, that you can either choose to piece together that puzzle yourself, and you can go ring and speak to 30 lenders, or alternatively you can get in contact with me and my team and, as mortgage advisers, we can do all that painstaking work for you.
What Can We Do For You?
We can take your information from a strategy call, from the data that you have, from the documentation. We can look at your overall affordability in terms of how much you want to borrow, whether you’re looking to buy now, whether you’re looking to buy in 12 or 24 months, and we can save you speaking to 30 lenders, finding you the most suitable mortgage and making sure that you have success, whether that is now or whether we help you prepare for the future, because you have to fit the right lender for you.
Here is what to do next:
